Cancellation and Refund Policy

• ACE ensures that all attendees have their own provisions and essentials during the event
• Delegates who withdraw can transfer their conference fee to another ACE organized event.
• Paid delegates who are unable to attend any other ACE organized events will be eligible for a 50% reimbursement.
• Cancelation 7 days prior the event is not eligible for refund.
